If he read into it, he would know that half of these court cases are settled out of court, dropped, and passed, and it has been in the news.
And firstly, before I share sources, I think it would be nice if our analyst here answered this understanding he lives in Pakistan and not the United States.
a. Police reluctance to register cases, investigate, and sometimes are part of the crime.
b. Intimidation and threat to victims.
c. In most cases, the custody of the victim remains with the abductor during the trial.
d. Discrimination by jury, and they're also part of the problem many times.
e. Abductor gives a false testimony of the girl, and that is used as evidence. Cases are thrown out.
