1) Has Pakistan remained neutral?
2) Have Arabs decreased support for Pakistan?

Neutrality is worse for Arabs but that is the pill they have to swallow. You should remember Arab forces have also done terrible things and how much they support India. If you compare the benefits India gains a lot more from Arab countries than it does from Iran. There are several benefits from both sides to Pakistan the support of KSA, UAE cannot be ignored however the last thing Pakistan needs is another unstable border. I am thankful Pakistani leadership, even with all its flaws, is not as foolish as you!

As far as i know hothis have their strong hold in north, near saudi border, why not send in military from there and capture their home?

Moreover they are the most heavily armed militia and terrorist group in the world based mostly in highly mountainous terrain and densely populated cities moreover. No regional country would be able to have as much success as KSA has had with so few resources used.

If it wasn't for Saudis' heavy air support, now houthis were along the Jordan border!

It's not about Tactic, but faith.

Houthis fight for their belief and Martyrdom is their highest glory, while Saudi Mercenaries fight for money, they know what kind of murder they serve to, so when the battle heats up, these mercenaries wont risk their life and would abandon the battle easily.
