We've always read that Chinese traditionally place great value and gold standard if beauty on small things.

Just a few generations ago the women on hitting puberty would have their feet tightlyb in strips of wet cloth(or hide?) which would tighten as they dried, so as to keep the feet small.

Correct?

This girl is Japanese and the guy is Indonesian. It is a typical Japanese girl. She is quite funny and can speak Indonesian. Many Japanese girl skin tone is a bit brown though, I got this experience when my family from US stay in Hotel where many Japanese are living and I visit the hotel quite often. I also have a relative who married Japanese woman.
