Xinhua begins Pakistan language service to push Belt and Road

Because im sure he is quite younger than me, not being offensive.

However ive countered you before jerk

How is that not offensive?? What is this hypocrisy I see?

So you can be nice to one person but a jerk to another?

A simple answer to that is Chinese wont have any issue launching PTV-Chinese service in China...

Right.....

Thats because you are arguing a retard..He himself doesnt clearly understand his own rebuttal point,.He thinks he has caught us clueless on this one as he believes Chinese wont allow a Pakistani channel to open a similar service in China..i pity him..

So fast on making personal comments...

Little do you know about Chinese censorship laws regarding foreign news channel. The minute you mention anything they don't like...there goes your broadcast. :D

Whats the big deal here?

Did you read the actual images??

Yes, you can watch PTV on Youtube....can you do that in China??

Also, I'm all for expanding PTV or/& other news networks internationally like TRT.

But you still haven't answered my question:

Now who's beating around the bush? :D

I'm not beating around the bush I don't know the answer. I don't know much about China, maybe a news channel would help with that.

So if I mention Uyghurs, Tiananmen Square or how Mao Zedong killed so many people....it's ok to censor me??

Also this:

I say we should have similar censorship laws in Pakistan for foreign channels..
..they dont want to show certain stuff to their audience. good for them..

You are trying really hard to create an issue here. If we had the capability and funding to launch international channels including in China, they would probably be launched. But the truth is we can’t do it even if we tried, its nothing to do with ‘censorship’ - BBC World shows in China I’m pretty sure, so why would they block a PTV Chinese?

Thats AI..Hail the technology..

I don't have to if the issue is already there. Read up on Chinese censorship laws and history.

If you say it on TV it's the same thing....that was just an example...

Again its not how you are portraying it. Al Jazeera US tried for years to get a licence and it kept being blocked before they got it and then closed up eventually. Press TV was banned from Europe despite not really doing anything flagrant, there’s this happening everywhere not just China

I dont know and i dont care..

The principle that you don't care is what the enemy likes....you don't care today because it's not affecting you....tomorrow it will affect you and there will be no one to care about you.

Just a simple thought. ;)

You can watch Al Jazeera on your phone, tablet, laptop or PC from anywhere in the world on the internet....my concern isn't whether specific channels should be blocked or not...I don't agree with blocking anything but the most harmful things.

My concern is with government backed heavy censorship....anywhere in the world...to protect the government....not religious, social or political beliefs/views.

Hope you get the idea. :enjoy:
