Indians need to understand: You earn, not obtain, respect, or disrespect.
Honesty is the first criteria to earn respect, what erricsson is alleging is theft, theft dsnt earn respect.what chinese company should do is not to bad mouth India but to show there was no theft involved or just pay the royalty and do business.

Xiaomi To Resume Sales In India After New Court Order In Ericsson Patent Dispute

Xiaomi Inc. will resume sales in India after a new court order went in its favor in an ongoing patent dispute, China’s largest smartphone maker said on Tuesday. India is the company's largest market outside China.

Xiaomi was forced to stop sales of its popular smartphones after an injunction in a lawsuit brought by Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, which is claiming Xiaomi is benefiting from the Swedish wireless-gear maker’s investments in research and development.

“We are happy to announce that the Delhi High Court today issued a ruling in our favor, allowing us to resume sales in India subject to certain terms,” Hugo Barra, Xiaomi’s vice president for international operations, said in a Facebook post.

Sales of both the Redmi 1S entry-level smartphone and the Redmi Note will resume, Barra said. The company, which entered India about five months ago, launched the Note in November in the market. It has received some 150,000 registrations, Barra said in a previous post.

The registrations are from people looking to snag a handset in a sale at Flipkart.com, an Indian online shopping site. Xiaomi has an exclusive arrangement with Flipkart to sell its smartphones.

“We will also be resuming sales of Redmi Note shortly, with the 4G model this time,” Barra said on Tuesday.
