San Francisco Peace Treaty

As China was not present in the San Francisco Treaty, it has signed a separate treaty with Japan, namely the Treaty of Taipei where Taiwan & Penghu are returned to China. The Spartly & Paracel islands are actually referenced in the treaty.

The Islands of Vietnam was in discussion related to righst of Japan after WW II. any case, the voting is the refute claim of ROC about " eleven - dash " 1947.

You didn't know when it comes to international treaty, it is what's written not what's discussed that counts? Voting is over the text of the treaty, not something in the discussion that was never penned. Russia also discussed the partition of Japan. Does that mean there is a North & South Japan? Lol. Not only China was not a participant in the conference, but it has signed peace treaty with Japan separately on issue that's relevant to China.
