Wuhan Facemask Appeal

Dear PDF members,

Myself and a friends are collecting face masks to donate to the people of Wuhan, I have liaised with the Chinese Embassy in Islamabad and they will ship the donations free of cost to China. We don't need money, just donation of surgical face masks.

This is the one:

Prices vary but one mask is Rs. 10/15, we would like to collect as many as possible, if you would like to donate a few please call : 03165501923 collection is in Islamabad/Rawalpindi area.

Again: PLEASE DO NOT DONATE MONEY, we just need facemasks!

By the grace of Allah just wanted to provide you all an update, we have managed to collect 15,000 masks = 300 boxes of face masks to be handed over to the Chinese Embassy, more donations coming in from every where. Thank you Pakistan!

Guys, just a quick update, we have been in contact with friends in China and there is a tremendous shortage of protective clothing and masks for health care professionals. This time our donations will go to the police and First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.

I will be making another delivery of masks to the Chinese Embassy on the 31st, if anyone is in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and wants to donate masks to this project please let me know.

Will do first thing in the morning. I'll contact and find out ur shipping address. Lots of prayers for chinese brothers and sisters from Muzaffarabad Azad kashmir pakistan in the mean time.

I wish there are more ways to helpout than gloves and face masks. I say i'll help as much as i can in time of need for chinese. Thank you for this oppertunity brother.

7 cartons of 3M n95 masks handed over to officials from Chinese Embassy!

Just to give everyone a quick update: In addition to the 15,000+ masks we have donated from our own pockets as ordinary citizens, the Government of Pakistan and Pakistan Army have donated 300,000 masks, 800 hazmat suits and 6,800 pair of gloves to the Chinese people as of Feb1.
