This is happening because Inner City Black ghetto culture is very dysfunctional and most of the young men come from broken homes manned by struggling single mothers with no education. From what I know it may be true that other than the older group, CPUSA ( Communist Party of USA ), a few more leftists in USA organized themselves recently, either Antifa or Democratic Socialists of America. The DSA website says :

So these movements have good acceptance and more than that, they have good workers.

But if we remember the Occupy Wall Street people's protest movement in 2011 the government ensured that the movement was subverted and die down. This also happened in the other Anglo countries the movement started in ( Canada, Britain, Australia, New Zealand ).

But the American military-industrial complex will see to it that any Left movement there, whether Socialism or Communism, will be subverted. The American government is spending 934 billion dollars as the military budget for 2020-21. The greedy armament manufacturers of America don't want to lose this money, so what if many Americans are homeless or doing multiple jobs to survive or don't have health coverage.

Maybe Left countries like Venezuela should politically support in the UNO the American socialists / communists the same way that American governments have been supporting in the UNO the right-wingers in the socialist / communist countries all these years.
