Absolutely, a dark spot on our political history is the rigging of that 1965 election by traitor general Ayub Khan and his political allies, including Bhutto.

And the preceding vilification campaign against Madr e Millat, branding her an Indian agent etc, was utterly reprehensible. A lot of East Pakistan voted for the opposition, this was a stifled opportunity to bring back democracy and it was a contributing factor to the breakaway of East Pakistan.
