The main erections of our prefabricated buildings are assembled with precast concrete components that are pre-manufactured in PC factory. Precision, quality and cost controlling are easily ensured by mass production on the automatic lines.
On construction sites, we apply tower and mobile cranes as the lifting system. Comparing to conventional construction, we use no scaffolding system, do less wet work and produce much less construction waste, noise and dust.
Multi-storey Building
All the walls and floors of multi-storey building are prefabricated in factory. The walls panels and floor slabs are connected with steel wire loop and anti-crack mortar. Bolt connections are used for single houses of no more than 3 floors.
Total precast concrete buildings are quite durable with anti-seismic design and sandwich isolation system
