It was Dr. Marilyn Wyatt all around who dominated a function organized by USAID to inaugurate a three-year program aimed at the strengthening government owned electric power distribution companies (DISCOs). Ms Wyatt delivered the keynote speech and mixed freely with twenty female employees working in the engineering, customer service, commercial, and revenue departments at Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO).
