I will tell you what CPEC is. From Pakistani perspective, we have got a global power who wants to put her eggs in our basket, and want to create a mutually beneficial inter-dependancy with us. Its a win win situation for us. You are kid with school boy analysis. Do you class inter Europe trade and transit as a surrender of territory by member EU states? We are China strategic partner. Not only them, nut we want Russia to use our ports and roads for their trade as well along with central Asia. We want to become the trade hub for majority of nations, specially those who matter on geopolitics. If in the process, India is becoming redundant, that doesnt bother us a bit.

When you have Americans and Indians teaming up against CPEC you really know that it is important. CPEC is important from many perspectives. It changes the economic and political landscape in so many ways. They understand the implications. Their panic is justified only for the wrong reasons and we couldn't care less.

Isn't India hated by most of their neighbors? 1/3 of chinese neighbors including most of the west, south west, northwest and north neighbors are pretty friendly to China. Indian accusing others supporting china in this article as Chinese stooges is basically saying India is now a stooge of the US.
