@Ehsan

Meri jaan, i have stated before that i am AGAINST the 'declaration' of Kufr over Ahmadis. The entire Muslim society has a complete consensus that they are non Muslims. It is forbidden in Islam to declare the 'Kalmia go' as non Muslims and i fully agree. My personal belief is that Ahmadis are non Muslims just like other Muslims but im against the constitutional 'tagging' which leads to criminalization and prosecution/persecution.
that i have no objection over you can have your personal views but making it criminal for an Ahmadi to call himself Muslim thats what i object sir jeeeeee

. .
genius, you recite the Second Kalima to enter Islam, and then you have to follow ALL of the religions teachings and not just recite the Kalima and say "wooptidoo" i am a Muslim
did i ever say that you recite this to become Muslim and i am sure you can find some more to declare Kaffir there are plenty out there

I think we can live side by side with our different beliefs as equal Pakistani citizens. That is our aim. Its for Allah to establish the truth and give direction to whoever is worthy of it. We are just his creatures and shouldn't be playing God with fellow creatures.

World Muslim Scholars declare Ahmadiyya to be Muslims | Rabwah Times

Over 120 Islamic scholars from around the world, many of them leading Muslim voices in countries like Egypt & Saudia Arabia have issued an open letter denouncing Islamic State militants and refuting their religious arguments.

The 22-page letter, written in Arabic and heavy with quotes from the Quran and other Islamic sources not only denounces Islamic State militants but also resolves another key issue in the Muslim World.View attachment 92842

Since 1974, Ahmadis have been forcefully declared "non-Muslim" under Pakistani law and this mix of religion and state has lead to an increase in sectarian violence. Extremist religious groups in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Indonesia have used the non-muslim label to ruthlessly attack Ahmadis.

The religious ruling as to who is Muslim and who is not has also claimed lives of Shia believers, In Pakistan over 1,000 Shias Muslims from minority Hazara community have been killed in the last decade.

But the Muslim leaders who endorsed the "Open Letter to Al-BaghdadI" plan to change all that, Point number 9 of the letter states:

It is forbidden in Islam to declare people non-Muslim unless he (or she) openly declares disbelief.

a. Quintessentially in Islam, anyone who says: ‘There is no god but God; Muhammad is the Messenger of God’ is a Muslim and cannot be declared a non-Muslim. God  says: ‘O you who believe, when you are going forth in the way of God, be discriminating and do not say to him who offers you peace: 'You are not a believer, desiring the transient goods of the life of this world.
With God are plenteous spoils. So you were formerly, but God has been gracious to you. So be discriminating. Surely God is ever Aware of what you do.’ (Al-Nisa’, 4: 94). The meaning of ‘be discriminating’ in the above verse is to ask them: ‘Are you Muslims?’ The answer is to be taken at face-value without questioning or testing their faith. Read the full details

The letter was presented by Nihad Awad of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) on Wednesday in Washington. Few of the prominent signatories include:

  • Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul-Qadri (Founder of Minhaj-ul-Qur’an International, Pakistan)
  • Dr. Muhammad Suheyl Umar (Director of Iqbal Academy, Pakistan)
  • Seyyed Abdullah Fadaaq (Islamic Preacher and Scholar, Saudi Arabia)
  • Sheikh Wahid Abdul-Jawad (Fatwa Council Dar al-Ifta’ - Egypt)
  • Prof. Sheikh Shawqi Allam (Grand Mufti of Egypt)
  • HE Prof. Sheikh Shawqi Allam (Vice-President of Al-Azhar University - Egypt)
  • Azhar Aziz (President of the Islamic Society of North America ISNA - USA )
  • Sheikh Hamza Yusuf Hanson (Founder and Director of Zaytuna College, USA )
  • Sheikh Mahmood As’ad Madani (Secretary-General of Jamiat Ulema-i-Hind, India)
First its a lie most off these will deny it secondly Ahmediya are kafirs they are not Muslims and almost all Muslims agree to it they follow a liar Mirza who is neither Massiah nor a Mahdi nor a Prophet HAZRAT MUHAMMAD SAW is the last and final Prophet and no PROPHET would come after him and @Horus why this thread on this forum defence forum @Oscar @Chak Bamu

Aga Khanis (Ismailis) for instance have pretty twisted beliefs but because of their financial, political, and social influence and historical participation in the Pakistan movement, they were not declared non-Muslim. For those who want to know the history of the Ismaili beliefs are encouraged to read about the Qarmatians, The Fatimid Caliphate, Hassan-Al-Sabbah, The Hashasheen (assassins) etc.

Ahmadis do believe in Mohammed (PBUH) as the last prophet. However, they believe that Mirza saheb was the promised Massiah (the Jesus Christ, or Hazrat Isa) and the Mehdi. It is unfortunate and totally wrong to blame Ahmedis for them not believing in Mohammed as the last prophet. This is a lie that has been repeated so often that it has now assumed the status of fact.

My friend, please read about them in more details. It is not as simple as fighting on Imams.

My knowledge is based on my interactions with Ahmedis and reading their books, which were handed over to me by them. However, I may be wrong for I have not done a thorough research on their beliefs.
