Iran will compensate by increasing the output which they couldn't do until now due to sanctions .True,it won't bring extra cash as they hoped but they'll gain by acces to over 150 billion $ in freezed assets and investors atracted to Iran.

The GCC,Algeria and Russia will be under the most pressure.
