World Exclusive: F-16 Block-52 Flying With J-10C

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. The Rafale with RBE2 would be able to to go toe-to-toe with the J-10C in the air-to-air regime while boasting greater payload capacity and a greater # of hardpoints. The upgraded Su-30MKI with AESA radars would be more than sufficient to handle the rest, including the Block IIIs.

The J-10C is indeed a significant upgrade for the PAF but keep in mind that the IAF has already been training and DACT-ing with a J-10C-class fighter - namely the Rafale - since summer of 2020. This is not to dismiss the fact that there are more Rafales in India than there are J-10Cs in Pakistan.

Since the utter humiliation of IAF after 27-Feb-2019, it is clearly evident that IAF lacks the resolve and more importantly the ability and will to respond to any strategic threat. When challenged IAF were in sheer disarray, started running, acts of fratricide, showing AMRAAM’s wreckage and so on.
Prior to this episode; our eastern theorists were telling to us that SU-30 MKI was only second to F-22 Raptor in terms of capability.
After being shot down and falling to ground at least they had realized the bitter truth that their SU-30s are not up to the mark and requires upgrade. Without being offensive to the Rafale’s capability soon these guys will realize that Rafale also needs upgrade. The proof of pudding is in the eating and battles are fought on the ground (in this case – air).
History shows IAF is their weakest arm and PAF is our strongest arm. After this victory PAF is not at all being complacent, they have a clear threat perception and complete understanding of ongoing developments. Timely induction of J-10C is just a testament of this.
One of the most important fact is that the flexibility which is attached to J-10C. All advancements in terms of electronics suite, radars capability and armament would be readily made available to PAF, unlike the long awaited and cumbersome issues attached with the upgrade of F-16s in the past.

PAF's confidence in both it's own abilities and the J-10s reliability is phenomenal.
The Six aircraft that it has recieved so far are being put through their paces almost daily. OTOH, IAF which has at least 24 Rafales on strength now, well apart from their Republic Day flypast, you seldom see anything more than a single Rafale operating

Definitely J-10CE with AESA and better avionics and have a better armaments in terms of range

JF-17 Block 3 is better than F-16 Block 50/52.

J-10CP is on another level with its optimised high altitude canard-delta design and powerful WS-10B engines.

I would give the J-10CP a slight edge in air to air warfare against the Rafale which is not a dedicated air superiority fighter.

Reduction of RCS in the B3 and J10C have been confirmed. More than likely theyd def have a first shot advantage over the Sukhois. We have seen how these Sukhois even fared against older Mig29s in ukraine.

With dedicated pilots/tech advantage the PAF will be taking out large amounts of Sukhois. The Rafales are the only major threat.

For J-10C the RCS is further reduced through the gold plating of canopy glass. During a parade in 2018 or 2019 ground radar operators were informed that clean configuration J-10C potentially could cause "discontinuations in radar tracking" and had to plan for potential contingencies.

That is presumptuous. Just because we don't see their pictures does not mean they are not doing their normal operational flying

Yea we seen them doing their posturing in Ladakh Region by sending up individual aircraft for photo shoots.

Looks like the PAF has already done her homework! It means the the optimum combination in a net centric environment involving all the major assets are up for air ops to produce the usual "surprises"! No wonder the frustrated Hindutva fired an unarmed CM toward Pak in such a desperation that it shows their clear failure to conventionally check Pak to the global audience.....

Thank you PAF....

*In my family album there are some pictures showing a famous PAF Chief from a bygone era buried deep into the sands of time. Someday I will share this treasure.
