World Bank fund not needed for Arunachal Pradesh:-S M krishna

india has actually displaced the native population of south tibet with indians.

that is why voter turnout is high - the colonials took the land from the natives and then vote to keep the government that conquered land for them in power. no thought, of course, is given to the natives.

sounds much like the british. perhaps if britain still ruled india, we would be able to negotiate with them for south tibet back.

any proof...or please dont spam the thread.... what u r saying is useless.....I also say Tibet is not urs...plese vacate it...one day it will be free from ur colonial control..then the Govt of Tibet and Indian state of AP both will have cordial relations....:smitten::smitten:

Dont post baseless comments man. If what you say had been true we would have used that tactic in Kashmir first. Not sure if you'd know but article 370 of the Indian constitution doesn't allow a non-Kashmiri to own a property or live in Kashmir. If we wanted to change the demographics we would have never had such a restriction.

And I am not going to start a flaming contest here. But I guess being a Chinese you are pretty familiar with internal demographic change tactics.

...And I dont know which part of my saying is not "Speak realistically". It seems that in you mind onlly calling south tibet "Arunachal Pradesh" and agree south tibet is apart of india is speaking realistically...

Okay there. I'm not into any kind of argument.

Anyways, (trying) To answer you, Like I mentioned before, using the word "South Tibet" for more than necessary number of times is not going to change anything. So, to me, speaking realistic means using the world Arunachal Pradesh OR using South Tibet for required number of times.

For eg., "I'm Freddie. I'm a human being. I'm 6 feet tall. I'm 130. pounds"... Dosn't it sound like BS'itting ?

OR to further simply my point, if you have a issue with your friend over a object and you start yelling "its mine.. its mine.. its mine.. its mine.. its mine" is not going to fetch victory.

Guess I have justified. Okay accept it or not I'm out of this

So, I think indian polician should say "Though we cant get World Bank fund, we still can finish these project with internal resources" but not "World Bank fund is not needed". It is really like statements for face saving.

I cannot vouch for what indian politicians should and should not say...All i can do is share some facts with you....I believe there is no need of face savings because i do not recall any loans seeked by GOI that were trashed by world bank under chinese pressure(may be you can help enlightening me)...In fact i shared with you an example where such loans were passed even though there was chinese pressure(though GOI had to muscle its way out)....Trust me we are/will reach out to banks for develoment purposes if need be but when there is no need than why the heck go for difficult route??? Just see the kind of fuss that got created last time

http://www.stratpost.com/china-blasts-adb-approval-for-arunachal-loan-report

The way clearance of AP loan by ADB bank should not be seen as embarrassment to China the same way GOI not going to world bank for loans should not be seen as face saving tactics...

There is something I cant understand: If World Bank fund is not needed, then why did indian attempt to get it? If World Bank fund is not needed, why didnt indian to find internal resources at first? Or indian failed to get World Bank fund and just say "World Bank fund is not needed" to save his face? Who can answer me?

Sour World Bank grapes:rolleyes:

Now even South Tibet is angry:wave:
