The problem is not just the bad guy. But other spectators just watching all this as a show. Hat is the sad part.

The only solution I can think of is for anyone to leave India if you can. No one deserve to live in such an environment where you can easily get mugged with spectators watching.

Keeping rivalry asside, I hope such things do not happen in Pakistan, and if Pakistan xan tackle such things then India should learn from Pakistan on how to tackle such situations.

In Pakistan such things are not reported , girls and women are free to wear anything in India and there were huge parties in the street of Indian cities where girls participated in western dresses and there was a crime which administration need to deal with. But please do not compare with Pakistan.

Such parties are not possible in Pakistan Most of the women in Pakistan wear buqra , here they were in short skirt.

What you are talking have stopped 150 years back but there are some incidents of crimes and they are separate. But in general Indian society is 500 years ahead of Pakistan's where women still need four witness in case of rape. Husband just say talaq and done! Women inside burqa and not allowed to wear modern dresses.

See, whatever you are talking is funny because Islamic society are fundamentally different.

Bengaluru molestation case: four arrested

The Bengaluru city police have arrested four persons in connection with the Kammanahalli molestation case where a woman was assaulted by two men in the early hours of January 1.

Based on a CCTV footage, the police tracked down the accused. The police are also trying to trace the victim through her mobile phone so that she can identify the accused. Her statement would need to be recorded, as it is crucial for further investigation. A team of women police is on the job.

Every religion has such some or the other restarted tradition and practices, but the key thing is as people modernise, they change. And being a Muslim, you should be very careful while mocking other religions or you could be humiliated very badly.
