Any ideas, why some people including this woman pulled the Popie down suddenly?

It is weird, audiences every year are taking pictures with their cameras and exciting to see Popie in very very decorative church. And popie is acting like celebrity.

Somewhere i had read that she was mentally ill and last year had also tried the same act. She must be obsessed by him or may be was looking for something spiritual by getting close or by touching him. Taking him down was not her intent, but when the security guard took her down, she had clasped some part of the robe of the pope and while she went down, the pope went down too. So the real intent wasn't to harm him.

Pope is an old man, its good that he took the fall and did not broke anything, otherwise it would have been bad.

Yeah heard that too. Unfortunate, as hip breaking at such an old age can be really troublesome and can make you not walk again for the rest of the life. He is also around 85+.
