The woman was quickly isolated and sent to the designated hospital by medical professionals right after this mayhem.

Medically we are still learning about this virus. We don’t know yet the parameters it works within and why some are more prone to being more effected than others. One has to think potentially who she has been in contact with recently and perhaps who she has infected - that’s the critical part.
We need to be vigilant and protect the most vulnerable.
I can say if we can get to September - we may see a Antibody and potential cure for this.

In almost all situations, too much of everything is bad, too much carelessness is bad (eg: USA) & too much care is also bad (eg: China) because too much care can turn into phobia.
As one of our members here said , she may be crying not for herself but for an elderly she is living with in which case it would be completely understandable why she cried.

But frankly for some reason I feel like it's highly unlikely that she was crying for any one but herself, now may be it's too unfair for me to just assume that just because of a hunch but in reality... ultra phobic, selfish young people aren't a rarity.

A month passed and now Beijing has had zero cases for weeks already, this lady recovered without even developing any symptoms, what a big drama she created back then.

The woman is a drama queen, and in the middle of divorce (mostly due to her emotion control problem), and she is asked to stay within the home awaiting COVID-19 test, but she refused and sneaked out of her home to go to mall, according to Chinese law, she may face legal problem if she manage to transmitted the virus to others.

That's why she cried, she cry for her life is a mess, on top of COVID-19.
