people don't even spare minors , 6 month olds from raping. Every other day there is an incident. Indian state police system is the most corrupted and failed system. If an poor women in in interior village in UP goes to complain about rape in the police station, she has a chance of geting raped by the officer himself. Totally uncontrolled, wheather cities or villages. Specially poor and lone women are most vulnerable to these acts.

Still no hard punishment. Either you have a very rigorous punishment or else you legalize prostitution in designated areas. Thats how these beasts could be satisfied.

well this is one sick story.investigation is going on but i think it is case of revenge or something not sexually driven event.

there is wrong about mentality of youths of a particular group and wont going to change just by changing punishment.
