Company was selling IVR service and music streaming. software and server side infrastructure does not have to be in BD, so just company registration in BD is required and rest can be developed/ streamed from India

haha, there should be a minimum qualification for posting in online forums,

VAS for mobile networks/cloud telephony services can be developed anywhere and it can serve customers in anny country remotely.
