Most Indians can't swallow China's military capability, so just make up random stuff.
The Chinese military capability is mostly on paper. Yes, am not denying they have a significant advantage over India in terms of numbers, but when was the last time they fought a war? AFAIK, 1979, which was a disastrous failure, against a much much weaker, Vietnam. They didnt even secure a unequivocal victory and lost 30,000 men in 30 days.
So today, in all honesty, even though China has an army twice as big as India, I would always rate, India much higher than China for being a better trained force, in both the Navy and the Air Force.
On land, I guess both have to be well trained. But still, China might be able to overwhelm India with numbers. And the Chinese definitely have the capability to fight longer - spend more money.
So I guess China is a vastly overrated military power. Yes they might be able to pull off a victory against India, through sheer numbers and by fighting a longer war, but then again, they might also lose if India uses its training and technological capabilities much better.
