It seems for Iran, the patents for Iranians abroad isn't being counted! Because it doesn't make sense when your country has one of the highest number of brain drains in the world & in tern you have such a low number of patents abroad! They are messing with our numbers because if they had counted them Iran would have been ranked higher than Israel! LOL! Not even 1000 abroad for Iran where as all of Israel's is abroad! LOL! If they had given Iran 1000 of it's abroad patents then it would be ranked 15th!
