2. The Oil Rig as a floating milestone to claim for territory illegally ? China posting in 1958 only focus on 12nm territorial area. The location of Oil Rig not belong to any territorial water area of China, even disputed or no.
So they based on EEZ, then mentioning to EEZ, you must follow UNCLOS 1982, so the strongest legal procedure would be UNCLOS 1982 based.

3. What Chinese keep doing at this moment, not relate to both territorial water and EEZ, that must be imperialism rule.
