It is officially Turkish property. They cannot stop the deliveries of these 2 F-35 or any handed over until the bill is passed. It is just like Turkish F-35 stationed in USA.This mean it is now our property legally or the US can still impose embargo on it and stop its delivery to Turkey?

The problem with the F35 is it's very heavy maintenance reliance on the US. Even as one of the biggest service centers in Europe with the capability to service the engines - as soon as the US cuts off critical service and maintenance the F35 turns into a flying duck.This mean it is now our property legally or the US can still impose embargo on it and stop its delivery to Turkey?
"until the bill is passed"
Altough it was not mentioned by the media in Turkish, the state news agency says the training will take 2 years...This is same as USA F-22 are stationed on Turkish air base under NATO
It will take a year for the bill to be passed this bill not going to get through the house

Now, i am clear. Thanks.Turkey has ordered some 100 plus jets yes training will go beyond 2 years in my opinion. The point is in 3 months time Turkey will have it's first batch of trained pilots. With in a years time Turkey will have 3+ squads of F-35 ready so it will be quite difficult to restrict Turkey at that point for USA.
the state news agency says the training will take 2 years...
Then, how long will the training take for a pilot?Do we know?It's not "State news agency"s claim. They are a news agency as mentioned, they cannot make news by themselves. They just carry the news from sources to the people. Therefor, they cannot make claims. News agencies cannot be "source".
The source is "Turkish FM" in that report, and it appears to be fake news. Our FM is ignorant, immature, non-intellectual person who doesn't know how to keep it's cool altitude during harsh interviews.
F35s will come to Turkey in 2019 according to kokpitaero who attended to ceremony;
