I read your statement, which was lovely,
then I read the author's name, that was enough for me.

A million idiots were born in this world before he was perfected and put on this earth.
I think he is the only man I have sworn not to listen to or read again for the rest of my life.

He is so full of crap, makes no sense, and all he has is self-induced logic and reasoning. His statements are full of one logic when it comes to Pakistani affairs and a different logic applies to the rest of the world. You cannot place an undue heavy burden on yourself, and forgive the rest of the world by saying they will do what they do. It is a morally corrupt and intellectually weak argument and viewpoint. Only someone who is unable to put forward an effective original argument falls back on such stupid logic.

Ok, let's examine this statement below:
If true isn't it of concern that we take the threat so lightly that Islamabad had (in 2002 ) only $40 k for civil defense.

This is where I agree with him and why it is likely that India will eventually attempt a nuclear strike on Pakistan:

The parliament was in session in New Delhi with Atal Bihari Vajpayee as the Prime Minister, when Congress opposition MPs , Arjun Singh, Madhav Rao Scindia ( Rajput stalwarts) interrupted the proceedings and asked the Atal Bihari Vajpayee, if his national security advisor had briefed him of the latest news. Vajpayee admitted he hadn't received any briefing. Then Arjun Singh informed the parliament that Pakistan had tested 5 devices. There was pin drop silence in the parliament. Then Atal Bihari began to jerk his palm as if pulled by string chanting repeatedly " To pata chal gaya..." ( Now we know..) .
It's a rather risky way to find out.
In 1949, the USA sent high altitude balloons across the jet stream floating over the Soviet Union, sampling the air for radioactivity.

The sampling badges were recovered in Japan where the balloons touched down and the level of radioactivity revealed a nuclear event that also confirmed a seismic anomaly detected ten days earlier,

The USA has good scientists who respected the capabilities of their Soviet counterparts, not Raja Rammannas. It is a moot point that Ramanna lived to see Pakistan reach the point to stare India down in a nuclear stand off in 2002.

Even Ramanna was of a better breed. India will shortly have this clown in power who will cause our entire civilization to vanish.

The devices that you exploded were not developed by you but supplied by the Chinese. Besides your missiles are but copies of scud, M9, M11 and no dong missiles. Your scientific community is not competent enough as you had to steal nuclear know how.

I understand your points but before the above can even begin to materialize, I believe the indian hindus will engage in some sort of protracted civil war with the indian Muslims, severely weakening india. Who knows.

In fact precisely to deflect world opinion from the slaughter of Muslims is the reason India will stumble into the folly of a nuclear showdown with Pakistan.
It nearly did in 2002 precisely during the period when Modi was slaughtering Muslims in Gujarat.
In fact Indian Defense Minister George Fernandez had to move Major General Zameeruddin Shah's strike Corp from Jodhpur to Gujarat to secure the state . Shah doesn't mention the nuclear standoff in his account but he does indicate that he was poised to strike Pakistan from Rajasthan.
