I don't know about the Eurasian wild boars (Sus scrofa) but the warthogs (Phacochoerus africanus) that we hunt in South Africa are really dangerous and has been documented to kill and severely maimed some hunters. Then again warthogs are smaller in stature from boars, so I could only imagine what is the impact from a big boar bull to a human abdomen or crotch.
