7 billion a year (converted to today's USD) on literally millions of people (AFG refugees) is not far fetched estimate if you ask me. Of course its not all money that is "lost" per se, lot would be respent inside Pakistan etc.....but still it gives idea of the burden issue.

Look this argument is not going to fly with folks here, they have an agenda with Pakistan people being some way inherently so they can feel better about something on their side. Why you think such a narrow number like GDP (nominal) is being quoted/abused in thousands of threads already for the last cpl years?

A Bangladeshi mullah molested a female madrassa student and then burnt her alive ....... and the Bangladeshi Prime minister said it is Pakistan where women are burnt alive.

Posters here literally got super offended at her picture being made fun of by @Imran Khan .... and look how there is clarion call in that thread to shut down the posting of that news (PM statement) simply.....using "intent" clause of the original poster (which applies zilch to the other threads they start for same purpose)....rather than dismiss the statement/content itself. This is inconvenient reality for them. The stories of what happened (to girls and women who were not on the correct "side") at hands of the political thugs before the elections there is another one. It all gets suppressed unless some excuse of "foreign" hand can be extracted.

Iam well aware of the refugee burden, no amount of foreign aid is enough to deal with it. The amount of burden it puts on infrastructure, education, healthcare, food, services, and state institutions, its alot. I've dealt with them personally, my family members run a school for them. They get free entery and education, while the pakistani students get zilch. The burden is eminence, the idiot quoting me has his head in his a$s

If you wish an honest comparison there is no comparison between Bangladesh and Pakistan, I hope all these minions including Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Indonesia understand that no matter how much you develop and progress .... you cannot match Pakistan's might.
