Both these sources paint a different picture from what you claim.

First, it says they are exporting for grant and commerce - you telling me a country who wasnt willing to even export the drug 2 weeks ago are now giving it away?? India is charging money for the medicines to 99% of people, at the cost of Indian lives no doubt. The only grant I can see here is probably a few thousand boxes to Afghanistan for pr purposes.

Secondly, who is India to license these products? Do you think USA is buying them from you because they don't have a licence?! Same with BD or anyone else buying from you, it's a matter of convenience if these countries buy from India because there is a ready supply.
