Why should I celebrate Eid, I am a devout Hindu: Yogi Adityanath

. . .
@I.R.A What did you and Sher shah do to trigger our great Markhoor sb? :what:

:undecided: I think he is trying to sell me something.

Sher Shah calls me a sarkari Musalman and I call him deluded Mehdi brigade ....... may be Markhoor isn't happy about our love affair.

.
He does have a point.

If I was a Muslim, and if I saw some non muslim, put on a muslim skull cap and pretend to pray in Islamic style, I would be pretty offended.

.
I guess every word of yogi will turn into different threads in pdf...lol

.
What's wrong on what he said ?is it a must that a Hindu should celebrate other festivals

.
This is what is needed.
Modi PM until 2029 and Yogi PM after that.

Let the burning start.

I want the jokers of the world to hate Yogi just like they hated Modi. Otherwise, we Hindus won't vote for Yogi :)

Post was for Indian librandus not for Pakistanis, what they think or feel about him doesn't matter to me.

But but....more than Indian's, it looks like the neighbours are more hurt :sarcastic:

Be warned, Markhoors have a thick skull, one head bump and you are dead.

We have ghadars who don't accept our constitution because as per our constitution they declared non-Muslims....they always sided evil forces which are against Pakistan and Islam.

Example:
@I.R.A @Sher Shah Awan

Take your ghaddar and show it to someone else. My family was with Jinnah (rh) when he made Pakistan. Not like you folks who sat on their behinds and got Pakistan for free. I don't need to prove my loyalty to Pakistan or Islam to you, that's for Allah to judge.

As for accepting constitution, I accept all parts of it except the one that interferes in my personal matter of faith. I am not going to accept any man-made constitution in matters of faith.

.
Wish I was from UP so I could vote for Yogi

Why should I celebrate Eid when I take pride in my own religion, asked UP CM Yogi Adityanath.

After triggering a row with his remark on Holi and Namaz timing, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that he is a devout Hindu and does not celebrate Eid. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) strongman made the statement of the floor of Uttar Pradesh Assembly.

Targeting Congress president Rahul Gandhi and members of opposition Samajwadi Party, Adityanath said, "I am devout Hindu and don’t celebrate Eid. Why should I celebrate Eid when I take pride in my own religion? I am not one of those who sport sacred thread (Janeu) and at the same time wear cap (Muslim topi) and kneel down to offer prayers,"

He further referred to the victory of the NDA alliance in Tripura, where Left Front had been ruling for 25 years, in the recently concluded Assembly elections. Hitting out at Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party, the Chief Minister said that after taking decimating the “red flag”, the BJP would now bring down those in “red caps”, which is worn by members of the Samajwadi Party.

Earlier, Adityanath had triggered a row by saying that the festival of Holi has to be respected by everyone as it falls once in a year while Namaz is offered many times.
Referring to the shifting of Namaz timing on the occasion of Holi, the UP Chief Minister said that he really appreciated that the timings were changed. Adityanath made the statement while addressing a public rally ahead of Phulpur Assembly bypolls, scheduled on March 11.

Ahead of Holi, Imam-e-Eidgah Maulana Khalid Rasheed Firangi Mahli, who is also executive committee member of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB), had appealed to the imams of different mosques, especially those in sensitive areas, to shift the timing of the Friday prayers by 30 minutes to an hour and, in the process, send a message of communal amity.

He is not muslim, why should he ?
This also helps him politically as move like this worked well for Modi. He is following his footsteps.

IMO Mr Yogi is absolutely right. He is a devoted Hindu and nothing wrong what he said.
As in Islam, for Muslims it is forbidden to participate and celebrate the other religion's celebrations/festivals, may be so does in Hindu religion.
Surah 'الکافرون' and its context is a guide for Muslims and 'hidayat' for so called liberals in Islam.
