Why Pakistan needs a ‘Private Army’?

Military contractors are basically used to do the dirty work of the hiring country. They don't follow the norms of the military or follow the ROE and are not accountable at the same level as say the military. The main aim is that if something goes wrong the hiring country can wash their hands of it. These contractors have loyalty to no one except money. They will serve who ever pays them more and obviously our enemy's have deeper pockets than we do.
Lets imagine that Pakistan gets 150K PMCs and then one of our enemy secretly pays the owner of the company double or even triple than what Pakistan is paying. With-in minutes those guns will be pointing towards our men. Thats why i do not think having PMCs is to our benefit.
