These are just allegations. India hasn’t done it openly. Covert support is definitely a possibility.

On the contrary, Paksiatn had an open policy about supporting insurgency in India. There were camps run openly in Paksiatn. Many rulers have openly accepted this fact.

It is in only in the recent past that Paksiatn has retreated a little and open material support has subsided a little. India had to install multiple physical and other measure at it’s borders to deny easy entry into India.

This retreat by Paksiatn has been mainly due to world glare on the aspects of non-state actors being employed by countries to further their causes.

The Taliban are not Baloch and the Baloch don't identity as Taliban.

The international community doesn't recognise Balochistan as disputed territory between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Pakistan's chickens came home to roost in about 2004, we have had 80,000 people die to accomodate the chickens.

Afghan is full of many tribes and clans and that is what makes them difficult to handle. The central control isn’t strong enough.
