Why PAF doesn't come up with these Tattos?

WAQAS119 these are pictures from the Tiger Meet air exercise. I do not believe PAF joins these(For NATO only i think) but if they did i am sure they would do some tiger artwork on their Thunders or Vipers.
I also think one of your squadrons have to be named Tiger.
The only Turkish Squadron that enters these are the 192nd Tigers.
