If some one in that country directly attack against the security forces of India,world largest democracy ,3rd economic power in the world in PPP, we will respect that brave citizens or soldiers,not only us ,but whole world.Because that bravery for fighting against mightiest army is indeed commendable.
But killing a defenseless person through suicide bombing or shooting is real
coward act.
We can also do that your 'heroic' act if we need .And if we did that it is not that good for Pakistan .And it is not like arming 12 youths with AK-47.

The erstwhile Indian PM Gujral had stopped all covert activities inside Pakistan by RAW. Now it seems that's not going to be the case anymore.
