LOL! Thousands of US citizens are not moving out of the US because of Trump. Thousands said they would move when Bill Clinton got elected. Thousands said that when George Bush got elected. Thousands said that when Obama got elected. The fact is not many left. There has been an increase of people living overseas renouncing their citizenship over the past 6 years due to the new tax laws ( a few thousand). But even then the number is relatively minuscule as there are 9 million US citizens living overseas.

The number who actually do leave because of Trump will be insignificant compared to the number who stay or want to move to the US. And trust me the number of the ones who do actually leave will be far lower than the number of applications submitted by citizens of EACH country on this planet (well almost every country since some are tiny islands) attempting to get into the US!

The number of people who submit applications to move to the US is around 6 million a year. 6 million...each year (even more if you add the people who just try and get in illegally). That's like the entire population of Libya. The waiting list due to accumulated years is insane. It's mind boggling. Some countries have a 30 year waiting list! Imagine that...people are willing to wait 30 years!!

The whole world has witnessed in just a couple of weeks what a Nazi leader Trump is. From his crappy Muslim ban which has backfired miserably to the Mexican wall rhetoric and even upsetting the staunchest of allies. You can try to keep painting a rosy picture, but you will lose each time. As each day passes by Trump will keep acting strangely and destroy US standing in the world. It is only a matter of time before we witness a full blown destruction.

It is hilariously funny how you Americans are still boasting how great you are and how others won't be leaving your country. Yes, I have seen Canada's immigration website closed down due to their server unable to handle the traffic. But I say it was just moral panic. But if that is so, then they are cowards. It's just not right.

America is not perfect, I agree. But, I do have confidence in its democracy. And that democracy itself is a valuable and a precious resource. One only needs to utilize it.

This is not to say that everybody in the world wants to or dreams to immigrate to the U.S. A lot of people do though for some strange reason.

Fact is trump as inveterate liar he is, didn't say why the jobs were lost in first place.

85% of the jobs lost in US was due to automation and only 15% of those jobs went to Mexico and China. Problem is, at the same time, the cost of higher education also increased tremendously which meant that post-recession high tech jobs which saw the max growth, was grabbed by highly educated immigrants rather then the 2nd/3rd generation metal workers' kids !

There's no job to bring back from china or mexico. Trump coolaid was basically just bullshit as far as jobs was concerned !

Well, he did say that they were due to 'bad' trade deals. He didn't elaborate though. We don't even know anything about TPP. Ironically, its cancellation was proven beneficial for my country We would have stood little chance against Vietnam.

Higher education is extremely expensive. The interest rates can go as high as 6.5% approx all inclusive. Whereas if I am a big firm, I can just get money from fed at virtually 0% interest rates. That is so unfair !
