No issue on Para Military and Police but Army stationed in and comes in Action in Civilian Areas does seems things different.Police and paramilitary is also used in other parts of India. Every country uses a force to control a mob. Not a big a big deal.China has almost suppressed the separatism, India can do that too, but that will be non-democratic. Kashmiri muslims have right to speak and make their voices heard as per the constitution of India.
1. There is a compromise here and it is for the sack of MAJORITY in both Areas. BJP was never been a player in Kashmir Politics instead they use to Support Congress because they represent Hindu Majority in the Valley it is first time they have gain such Strength and if they sit in Opposition with their Strength then they would have lost it quite Easily. BJP is immature in the Valley so they need some leverage to get Matured before moving ahead Solo so consider that PDP is sacrificing their Agendas in exchange for demands fulfillment regarding Kashmir at the same time BJP getting room to settle down their gain. Win win Situation for both.1) BJP could sit in the apposition then They have enough numbers. It's very complicated. The point is, for the first time two ideologies have made a government. Before BJP was neglected due to difference in ideologies
