Haryanvi is the sister ethnicity of Punjabi.

Caste is the same. Same culture too.

FYI all North Indians are Bhaiyyas (Punjabis included). The Sikh Jatt supremacists think their culture is different from the Bhaiyyas of UP. But this is not the case. Honor Killings, Casteism, Female infanticide are common in Punjab too.

Government India calls Haryanvi a dialect of Hindi. But it isn't. A shudh Hindi speaker won't understand Haryanvi. Haryanvi is a separate language.

All I know Indians don't mess with Muslim Rajputs, Hindus are too scared. There may be isolated incidents where one Muslim maybe out numbered by hundred to one but never one to one.
