Look, there is no doubt that India is by far the biggest terrorism sponsoring state in South Asia. Mukhti Bahni, LTTE, BLA, BRA, TTP, etc have all been heavily helped by RAW. The reason why some western countries support India is because of their mutual dislike for China. China will soon threaten that unipolar world (it already is, to some extent) and India is their boy against China.
