I understand what you are saying, but I must disagree. If the question was to be raised by Aam Aadmi, it should've been raised its members in Parliament. Kejriwal might be head of his party, and has a right to comment and raise questions, but he's also a CM. In what capacity is talking here? Shouldn't CM's defer matters of defense matters to the central government?

I may just be nit-picking here.

The Matter of Defense is indeed within central Govt (& Armed Forces) Scope ... but again what he is asking is just a proof in order to avoid all the ambiguity & this can be inquired by every citizen of the state ... a Head of Political party and Acting CM just adds weight to it !

As for your disagreement we are looking at same issue in two different PoV ... and as i m looking at it he is not incorrect in his request ... but sure feel free to disagree !

CM should not be commenting on defence matters. Kejriwal wasn't elected PM, but CM of Delhi. He should focus his energies there. If he wants to comment on such matters, he should resign and become a talking head on Indian television -- where there are no shortage of venues -- and pen columns.
