Sir law of Islam are perfect and absolute and they can't be changed they will be implemented as they are and not all get punished for their deeds in this life only very few of them and that is to maintain balance in society and remind others that they can meet the same fate if they don't obey orders of ALLAH Sir

So you are saying that there is no definitive classification of sins that will be punished in this world and what in the other world........But Allah will be doing the punishment in this world and the otherworld...........so why is there a need to enforce by the islamic Govt ??

Because Islam is a system Sir not a religion it has economic laws it has laws related to crimes it has other social and political system which governments have to implement just like the laws which your governments implement Islam have some more and many different laws

There's no punishment for drinking Alcohol or not wearing Hijab. Your family can advise you on what to do but that is it? The state doesn't punish you for these acts as they are a personal matter. Again you have used a word "Ijtihad", like liberal that you have no understanding of.
