In short you are saying that CCP is not accountable to anyone
Any when you say - "Every Chinese high official deeply cares for the will of the people". You are implying people of China are at the mercy of good natured side of CPC.
Anyway for me, personally, this is bit weird, I would not put control of my life at someone's mercy even for heavens.
The people, you comprehension skills are really limited. After all of that your take away is accountable to nobody?
The people protest, and laws can be changed, people protested on Wall street, nothing changed in the US. Who's more accountable?
If a Chinese official said he believe in a devil controlling the world and wants creationism in the classrooms, he be expelled, yet the same loony is the US supreme court justice.
The CPC isn't a alien group, the CPC is made up of Chinese, it is a group selected based on merit and accomplishments. In a way their selection is way stricter than the US. It's not like a small group of people and their decedents always ruling, we have no caste system, even in acient times, our officials comes from examination, so not only can anyone be an official, but almost all famous top officials came from very humble backgrounds.
As to the mercy of the government, what is wrong with you, the government is the governing body in ALL countries. IF I drink and drive Canada can put me in jail, if I speed they can take my car and sell it. Am I at the mercy of Canada then?
Chinese politicians will make changes to policy based on the reaction of the people. Does India do that? It must to some degree, but does it change as much as we do?
Your no accountability mentality just shows what you know of china and the huge bias you have on authoritarian, without actually knowing what it is. While democracy you also close your eyes to it's flaws.
