The fact that POTUS has no freedom of speech shows that POTUS institution is not the highest authority in US.

Of course he isn't. The people are the highest authority. The President works for the people not the other way around as it is in many countries.

There are high level you cannot even comment, or you go jail.

If the POTUS does something wrong he can go to jail. Why is that difficult to comprehend? Why is any individual above the law?

The 3 branches of US government are independent from each other's to make sure there's a separation of power.

Also SCOTUS are not above POTUS that's not how it work the SCOTUS can't tell POTUS to eat shit or vice versa.

For example when Xinnie the pooh was begging for Biden to stop Pelosi from visiting Taiwan Biden can't do anything because a president can't tell house representative to do anything.

The US is not China which is a dictatorship. And thank God for that.

Up to today, China never promotes themselves.

95% of the world population outside China don't know if China has high speed railway, skyscrapers, world most advanced EV, the government is good, and the people are happy.

While USA is promoting their goodness worldwide every day, but still, everyone hates USA.
