If your intensions are right then why do you have to force convert someone by marrying under a false Identity, the law only says that no one can marry any girl with a false identity to forcefully convert her. Like nobody in India has problem with Shah Rukh Khan’s marriage, Gauri and SRK were childhood friends and after marriage SRK never forced her to embrace Islam. Simple, here take a recent example, a boy named Aslam tries to marry a girl Priyanka under a false identity and calls himself Rahul and when he Marries her then he reveals he is Muslim and then forcely converts her wife and then gives her Talaq. I don’t think it is valid in Islam or not but the thing is that it has happened in India thousands of times. If Aslam and Priyanka marry with mutual consent then no one has any problem. There are Christian missionaries who forcefully convert people into Christianity against whom there are proceedings going on. It is not anti muslim, it is against marriage under false identity for converting your wife’s religion. Its true that many things are seriously wrong in our Hinduism society but we are also acting against it. In India the constitution is equal for all whatever your religion and hence as a matured society we should collectively resolve all bad things and make India great again.

As you said there are laws for fake identity, heres one Passed in India, now under this law any Marriage done under a false identity will be considered illegal whether of Any religion because India is a secular state, don’t go by what spice media is adding, read the law by yourself.
