India is not dirty, it depends on where you are living in. Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata are metropolitan cities and are generally unclean but places like Sikkim, Darjeeling, Goa, Jaipur, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, is very pretty.

Have a look at the geographic spread of these? Notice they are on the periphery of India or on the edges and the least Gangafied. The Indian heartland, where most of them live is Ganga basin which is filthy and quintessentially Indian.
