Why I think UN member states should individually ban their citizens from travelling to India - Rape Capital of the world

The whole mindset is baffling, as though perceptions are all that matter.

Most of the interviewers and news anchors seem terribly concerned about the negative impact on India's tourist industry if you watch their line of questioning and faux-outrage. Are they at all concerned about the actual rapes??

"Would you visit India again?"!!!!!

Instead of "What would you like to see happen to your rapist?".

.
I have seen multiple western and ASAEN youtubers admitting to either being attempted on rape or raped in India. So many western, Japanese and other tourists have been gang-raped. A danish girl have been violently gang-raped. Social media Influencers are getting raped left and right forget about ordinary tourists.

Since BJP came to power things truly got out of control it turned into a jungle and lawlessness everywhere.

The police are raping rape victims. Honestly speaking I am even shocked that many countries have not banned their citizens from going to India especially women. I also know some Singeporean girls who got raped in South India. For women India is the most dengerous place to visit in the world.

- 13 year old girl goes out to run an errand. Abducted by two truckers who take her to a jungle and rape her repeatedly.
- They then are joined by 5 others mainly truckers and a baker. They keep her hostage overnight repeatedly raping her.
- Next morning she begs to be let go so trucker rapes her one last time and dumps her in middle of the road.
- In true Indian fashion, she asks passing motorists for help, only to be picked up and raped again.

Note: only last month a woman was gang raped by 5 men in a field and when she reported it at the police station the detective raped her as well

Looks like India is still doing nothing to address the rape crisis

Is it total rape in India ( absolute number) that is triggering you or in % terms?

In % terms , it is lower than USA and UK. If you factor boys rape, you have worst figures....so actually what is going to be your final recommendation?

.
India has the biggest brothel/prostitution industry in the world.

India has the largest po*n industry in the world, and think of it with one of the largest internet users and cheapest internet rates.

And one of the most depraved society in the world talking about money, se*, women, housing, toilets, food, living area, clean air....just about anything.

So what do they do...this rape endemic in India is the result of all these deprivations...

Brothels require money, what do they do, the easiest option is rape the poor dalit girls, some gypsy foreign women, the backpacker foreign girls on shoe string budget or anyone with no clout and support...

India is the most depraved society in the world ...
Most of the prostitutes are from Bangladesh and Nepal.
Very condemnable indeed..!

Yes right, doesn't hides the fact that the centers of this flesh trade and brothels are in India, the pimps and the persons who owns these brothels are Indians as well...so that was my point.

And there must be a large number of poor Indian girls from lower strata of the society...

If Pakistan was so so safe country for women and kids then might be a legitimate thread but everyone knows the actual status.

So I would suggest that start from own country and once it became heaven for women and kids then start pointing on other one.

Ar you for real, do you meant it...

And are you seriously comparing Pakistan and India in this area...

Rape endemic is related to prostitution industry, brothels running in large numbers and the pervertness is the result of a massive Por* industry in India and a very cheap internet...that leads to the arousal of desire and also it depends on the high depravity in India...about seeking quick free pleasure.

Mumbai and Kolkata (Calcutta) have the country's largest brothel based sex industry, with over 100,000 sex workers in Mumbai. It is estimated that HIV among prostitutes have largely fallen, in last decade.

Why Bring Pakistan into this?

Indian Women claim India is the rape capital of the world.

You should listen to your women instead of blaming Pakistan for everything

Delhi is not India. I don't know how hard it is to comprehend. India has 10 million tourists a year. I hope they could go to Pakistan but it seems they are worried about safety.

Internet is a tool Pakistan is not using properly... I think the general public should pay a little attention to making more memes related to India.

Just like Washington from US, Islamabad for Pakistan, Tel Aviv for Israel, Baghdad for Iraq.

Please dont claim Swati Maliwal is a Pakistani , khalistani, Congressi, Chinese, Urban Naxals.

More than 30 men allegedly sexually abused and harassed a 17-year-old girl from Kerala over the past few months, police said, adding that seven rape cases have been filed based on her accounts since 2016.

The teenager’s mother had filed a missing complaint in November last year in Malappuram, after which the police traced her from Palakkad.

She told the officials about the alleged abuse she faced during counselling at a care home where she is now lodged, as per a NDTV report.

"There are 29 cases registered based on the teenager's statement since November. Of these, four are rape cases," Malappuram District Police Chief Abdul Karim U was quoted as saying.
"There are a total of 40 accused based on the survivor's statements since 2016. Twenty have already been arrested, of which 15 are out on bail. Five accused are in remand. Seven rape cases have been registered," Karim added.

After the girl was allegedly raped in 2016, she briefly stayed at a children's home before she went back to her mother. She was allegedly sexually abused again in 2017 and was allowed to leave the children's home after a span of two years to be with her mother, based on the mother's request, the report said.
"Most of the accused in this case are known to the girl and her mother. The mother claims she did not know about these incidents but this needs further probe. Some of the accused in these cases are even their neighbours. After she went missing, she was traced in Palakkad and the men have been arrested," Pandikkad Inspector Mohammad Haneefa was quoted as saying in the report.

The Child Welfare Committee claims they had taken all legal and logical steps to ensure the safety of the child, when she was released from the Child Home about a year ago. "They are supposed to be sent out with their parents to ensure their protection as well as enabling restoration to society," Shajesh Basker, CWC chief in Malappuram told news agency PTI.

India's northern Uttar Pradesh state.

India's northern Uttar Pradesh state.
New Delhi (CNN)A Hindu priest and two of his male followers have been arrested for the alleged gang rape and murder of a 50-year-old woman in India's northern Uttar Pradesh state, local authorities said.
Police arrested the priest on Thursday night for the alleged rape and murder, which took place at a temple in the Budaun district on Sunday, according to district magistrate Kumar Prashant.
The two other men -- who are "disciples" of the priest -- were arrested on Wednesday, Prashant said.
"(The victim) had gone to a temple in the neighboring village and that is where the (alleged) rape occurred," said Prashant, adding that the three accused men left the victim's body outside her home around midnight.
"The family frequented the temple so the accused knew where the victim lived," Prashant said.
The priest was arrested in a hut in a forest near his village, after the police received reports that he was hiding there, according to Prashant.

Rape and murder of 13-year-old girl raises familiar public outcry in India

The accused claimed that the victim had fallen into a well, and they helped her out and dropped her home while she was alive.

However, the family stated that the woman was already dead when they found her body outside their home, Prashant said, citing Budaun police.

"According to the post-mortem report, she died due to shock from excessive internal bleeding and her rib was fractured ... she also had injuries and lacerations to her private parts," Prashant said.

All three men have been accused of gang rape and murder, senior district police official Sankalp Sharma told reporters Wednesday. The maximum penalty is death for murder and life imprisonment for gang rape.
Budaun police have also launched an internal inquiry at the Ughaiti Police Station, where the victim's village is located, after local officers failed to immediately register the family's complaint, Sharma said. The officer in charge of the police station has been suspended.

In a statement criticized by the organization's own head, a member of the National Commission for Women (NCW), who visited the victim's family, said that the incident may not have happened had the woman not been out alone after dark.

"I think if the woman had not gone out at night or if some family member had been with her then perhaps the incident would not have occurred," Chandramukhi Devi told reporters on Thursday. She has since retracted her comments.

NCW chairperson Rekha Sharma -- no relation to Sankalp Sharma -- denounced the remarks. "It's not NCW India's view and I strongly condemn it," Rekha Sharma wrote on Twitter.

The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, said on Wednesday that "stringent legal action will be taken."
"The accused cannot be spared at any cost," he wrote on Twitter, adding that he had asked the state's special task force to coordinate with the district police in the investigation.

According to India's National Crime Records Bureau, more than 32,000 cases of alleged rape were reported in the latest available figures from 2019 -- one rape roughly every 17 minutes. But experts say that the real number is likely much higher, owing to the shame attached to sexual assault and the social barriers faced by victims that prevents them from reporting attacks.

This incident comes just three months after a 19-year-old Dalit woman died after she was allegedly gang-raped and strangled by upper-caste men in the district of Hathras in Uttar Pradesh.
Her body was allegedly cremated without the family's consent, sparking national outcry.
"When it comes to women's safety, there is a lack in the UP government's determination," Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, a leader of the main opposition Indian National Congress party, tweeted on Wednesday.

Pakistan doesn't have caste system as they have in India, and many rapes are a kind of vengeance for trivial matters...India do have a functioning and pervasive caste system, only caste system in the world....

Useless to compare a Caste ridden apartheid nation that is India to Pakistan.

India is the only apartheid nation in the world where there is a functioning caste related divisions and where untouchability is practiced and approved...It is not even be called a democracy as the first thing matters in democracy is the equality of human beings...India doesn't believe in equality of human beings born.
India has 10 million tourists a year.

How many of them are NRI's visiting India...

Pakistan need to talk about the pervasive and dreaded Caste system in India, at the UN, at the UNHRC, at Amnesty Intl', at the EU forums and just about any forum....

No one in the 21st century could have imagine an apartheid system exists in India and followed as part of the religion. RSS fascism, the supremacist anti Muslim rhetoric, the intolerance, the Muslims lynchings and hate crimes comes later...PM IK need to talk about it.
