On second thoughts, Pakistanis maybe right. Who knows, the Indian media may be hiding the chaos? We (the general public) know we have naxal insurgency since many decades but we don't know it's exact extent.

India probably is the only country still advocating for its minorities, no jews get killed here, no Christians daughters are converted, no muslim places of worship get blown up, and of course Hindus at 80% of majority have ever mass culled minorities or made discriminatory laws against the other minorities!

Modi is just another Trump. His existent as leader of India is to ruin it's hard earn progress achieved over the decades. Much like USA.

Democracy also prove to be failure for India. It allow popularist idiots or nationalist racist to be elected as leader to destabilize this region and world.

But India still has the WORST hunger situation in the sub-continent. The India hunger situation (GHI score 2020: 27.2%) is just slightly better than North Korea (27.5%). Kim Jong-un could argue it is because of the thorough sanction from the UN; but what is Modi Ji's excuse for such a big failure?

But that cannot stop you laughing at others, and call others "failed nation who can not afford any basic thing of human consumption"

Let's compare North Korea with India. North Korea had hunger because they legitimately had no way to produce food in the 90's due to sanctions making it so they can't buy fertilizer. India has 20% lower per capita calorie intake than China, equal population, yet is a food exporter while China is a food importer.

Indians are banned from eating beef - which I can understand as a measure for religion and preventing animal cruelty. But apparently India is one of the biggest exporters of beef in the world!! It is almost as if they wanted to redirect Indian consumption to lower value foods and save beef to sell for exports, and use religion/animal rights as a cynical excuse.

Did the Raj really leave? I am not sure. Churchill's traditions live on in India, unfortunately.
