Why expats don’t want to live in India

Glad the woman got the f""k out of
singapore.

They came to Singapore expecting to be treated like kings n queens n probably got a shock when they were not.

How do i know? I work in a 'gated community' called a 'condominium' here in singapore, where expats from all over the world live in and the hardest people to interact with are the indians.

Many do not know that the kind of luxurious lifes they could afford to live back at home complete with chaffeurs, maids, personal chefs, bodyguards with their income, could only give them a lifestyle that is on par with a local slighty-higher than middle income household here in Singapore- at best(1SGD = 47 INR). Also, the cost of living here is extremely high- so high that even the locals are lamenting.(e.g, 1 plain piece of parata = 1.10SGD, which is ~57INR. 1 pack of Malboro cigs 20s = 12SGD, which is 514INR)

So im not surprised many Indian expats are leaving Singapore for other places.

They would dirty the floor carpet after their functions n not clean them up, make demanding requests to the staff at the office,
, not to mention stinking up the elevators with their horrendous body odour(even young indian girls have them n i could tell whether an indian was in it before me when i enter 1)

Also, visa quota for Indian nationals's entry into singapore is restricted, partly because of the little india riot n also becos the government wishes to promote the usage of local talents.

Indians are one of the best-educated and best-paid groups of immigrants in the United States because the slice of the giant global desi diaspora which settles in the States tends to be populated by coders, doctors, engineers, executives and other high-skilled workers that arrive with work visas.

MORE IN INDIA
There is, however, a growing number of Indians that are less-skilled and staying in the country illegally. In fact, in recent years the net number of Indians staying in America illegally has been growing much more than even the number of new illegal Mexico-born immigrants in the country, a recent Pew Research Center report showed this week.

Of course the total number of unauthorized Mexicans in the United States is more than ten times higher than the number of Indians but most of them arrived more than a decade ago. The total for illegal immigrants born in Mexico has been shrinking while the total from India has been growing more than any other country.

In the period between 2009 and 2014, Pew estimates, the number of unauthorized Indian immigrants in the U.S. surged by 43% to a total of around 500,000. During the same period, the number of unauthorized Mexicans fell 8% to 5.85 million.

India now ranks fourth after Mexico, El Salvador and Guatemala in terms of the countries that are the largest source of unauthorized migrants to America.

Despite concerns of the U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and his followers that a flood of illegal immigrants are hurting America, the number of illegals has actually been falling for years. However the steady decline of the number of illegal immigrants from Latin America has been partly offset by those arriving from Asia, led by India.

“The U.S. unauthorized immigrant population – 11.1 million in 2014 – has stabilized since the end of the Great Recession, as the number from Mexico declined but the total from other regions of the world increased,” the report said.

If you combine legal and illegal arrivals, both India and China are each sending more people to the United States in recent years. In 2014 about 136,000 people came to the U.S. from India, about 128,000 from China and about 123,000 from Mexico, census figures show. As recently as 2005, Mexico sent more than 10 times as many people to the U.S. as China, and more than six times as many as India.

Because of them are Pakistanis in Indian flags.

'Pakistanis are posing as Indians to escape discrimination'

may be bcoz FREE Indian media prints too much about everything happening in anywhere in India...its a huge country and second largest by population..so everyday something unwanted is happening somewhere which is getting media attention.... its not like that crime is not happening even in developed countries..its just that the size of our country and proportionate number of crimes that sound too much...

secondly, today's India is surely not the best place to live for expats from developed nations....India is developing, lacks infra, overcrowded, pollution is also a problem, politics get involved in small small things like eating habits - these are certainly not brownie points for expats...

to end this, I would say, we are perfectly fine if expats dont want live in our country.. We have large pool of human resources...what we need is capital and not working people!

Bullshit
when Indians themselves are ashamed of their nationality why would anyone try to pose as
