Because the weaponry used gets replenished by the US. On the other hand, the only live action that we have seen of JFT is with dumb bombs.Any proof of robust PGM capability of JFT is yet to be seen.

The capabilities F-16 has with its precision strike pods and weapons, Jf-17 cant even dream of having.

The Pakistani F-16s are carrying ALQ-211, Goodrich DB-110 and Sniper XR pods. If you read the capabilities of these systems, you will understand why we are not using JF-17 to do precision strikes. Frankly, JF-17 will not achieve these capabilities in a generation. As our collaboration is with China on JF-17 project and China is still far behind in electronic intelligence and surveillance capabilities.

No country has built and developed such high tech weapons and battle tested them like US has.

Look when You hear a news about the taliban haunts being bombed the important thing is they have been bombed, with what does not matter. ObviouslyPAF will use the platform which is best suited for the job but that does not mean that other platforms are not used. A good reason to mention specific platform is for consumption in political circles to meet specific requirements/aims. I think you can get evidence from the fact that JFT has run 10000sorties . To where? Not all of it is meant to do weapons integration trials. So you do get an idea that nanha khilari has been busy. As to mention of F16s you need to show that you are using the assetsfor the purposes they were sold to you.
