Why don't America sell Detroit or Michigan state to China in return for Loan forgiveness

What the Officers at the Chinese cyber farms don't explain is that 2/3 of the "debt" is owned by US Citizens, Corporations, and Federal Reserve.

But I wouldn't expect more than a surface understanding of such complex subjects.

Most here are basically -- LAZY. That is -- intellectually lazy. It is too much work to go thru high level information that is publicly available, let alone taking in-depth classes about such subjects.

.
Why sell anything, if at all? The US can just print USD.

Plus the Great Firewall doesn't allow access to non-Party information. Sad.

.
One word "Alaska," US knows how Russia feels after selling Alaska to settle debt / borrow $. So it won't happen

I have seen many americans talk online and they all hate Detroit and Michigan stage
And you believe those idiots!? I know you most probably open the thread to have some fun, well, let’s have some, shall we:

Okay, since Detroit has a bad reputation, I'm just going to focus on Detroit not all of Michigan State. No doubt Detroit has gone through some bad times, bankruptcies during the recession, high crime statistics and abandoned homes, used to be the headline news, and because of that, it also has somewhat of an image problem as well. But since 2013 it’s in the midst of a major revival.

According to Crain’s Detroit business, the landscape of Detroit is starting to change. By mid-2017, median home sales prices had jumped 50 percent year-over-year to $36,000 and prices continued to rise throughout 2018.

Already, unemployment has dropped to 4.2%, bringing the city closer to the national average, according to the bureau of labor statistics. And, both weekly wages and yearly salaries are rising faster than many other major metropolitan areas.

In just three years, from 2014 to 2017, tourism numbers for the metro Detroit region jumped from 14 million visitors to 19 million per year.

Detroit hosts first ever selected Detroit international investment Summit.
Detroit’s first opportunity to host a “Select” event. The city was chosen due to its high output of goods and services in advanced industries, which totals $58 billion annually, as well as DEGC’s strategic focus on global commerce.

No US company wants to open a office there
Hilarious,

If you owe the bank a few thousand dollars, it's your problem.
If you own the bank a few million dollars, it become's the bank's problem!
Again the banks will not lend you millions without hard assets to back it up. I wish kids would stop using this saying.
Bankers are not stupid. In fact they run america.
