Thailand need subs to protect their interests in the region, other nations like Indonesia / Malaysia Navy will do too ... China also will offer sub deal to both and 20-year Kilo experience for their anti-sub training. Except Russia, China is biggest Kilo owner 12x imported during 1995-2005
